Our 30 day return policy ensures you have plenty of time to ensure your satisfaction with your Jewelry purchase.
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it by following the steps below. If you are having trouble logging in please contact us via email by clicking here.
Returning your Jewelry:
- Customer requests to return item using order page.
- AX Jewelry approves return request.
- Customer mails item back making sure to include their RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number with a tracking number.
- Returns should be mailed to:

- AX Jewelry inspects the item.
- If the item passes inspection customer is refunded usually (within 1 day) using the same method in which payment was made.
Return Policy Specifications:
- Returns or exchanges received after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
- AX Jewelry must receive all returns in the same condition as shipped to the customer. We will not accept any returns that show signs of being used, sized or worn.
- We cannot issue a refund if your jewelry shows any signs of having been worn, altered, resized, or damaged, or any other signs of use. All special packaging included with the returned product must be returned to us and received in the same new condition as originally sent to the customer.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for items returned back to AX Jewelry, this excludes items which where shipped damaged or erroneously. All returns take about 1 week to process and for credit to be issued.
- We recommend a carrier with a tracking number to verify package delivery, until credit is issued and our customer profiles are updated. We always recommends that the customer includes carrier insurance for the return package for the price of the item purchased.
- We can not be held responsible for items lost in transit we therefore recommend that customers ship all their returns using a shipping method which offers a tracking number and include insurance for the full value of the returned jewelry.
- Shipping fees are non refundable. In the event the item purchased was shipped free, we will deduct the appropriate* shipping charges from your refund.

All returns not accepted by AX Jewelry will be mailed back to the customer, at the customer’s expense.
